HR Exec / Manager
• Administer & execute full spectrum of HR’s functions
• Maintain, develop & ensure compliance to the organisation’s HR policies
• Prepare monthly payroll of staff & ensure that all staff are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform / renew in application of permits for foreign staff / workers (Manyear, EPOL / WPOL)
• Maintain and updating of all staff HR files
• Assist in staff training and ensuring all training records are properly updated
• Provide administrative support to Op Team
• Liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications
• Ensure that Returns on Employees Remuneration / Notification of a Non-Citizen Employees’ Cessation of Employment or Departure are handled properly and timely
• Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS man claim, maternity, paternity, childcare leave
• Organise, lead and manage employees engagement activities, sports & recreational committee, D&D, long service award etc
Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years of HR working experiences
• Dip in Human Resource, Business or relevant course of studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge with Singapore Employment Act, Government policies & procedures
• Flexible
