PA to MD
• Answering calls and liaising with clients competently

HR Exec / Manager
• Administer & execute full spectrum of HR’s functions
• Maintain, develop & ensure compliance to the organisation’s HR policies
• Prepare monthly payroll of staff & ensure that all staff are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform / renew in application of permits for foreign staff / workers (Manyear, EPOL / WPOL)
• Maintain and updating of all staff HR files
• Assist in staff training and ensuring all training records are properly updated
• Provide administrative support to Op Team
• Liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications
• Ensure that Returns on Employees Remuneration / Notification of a Non-Citizen Employees’ Cessation of Employment or Departure are handled properly and timely
• Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS man claim, maternity, paternity, childcare leave
• Organise, lead and manage employees engagement activities, sports & recreational committee, D&D, long service award etc

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of HR working experiences
• Dip in Human Resource, Business or relevant course of studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge with Singapore Employment Act, Government policies & procedures

Interior Designer

Job Descriptions:

• Develop creative design idea solutions and concepts.
• Manage design assignment from inception to completion.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers on material samples.
• Prepare design development and documentation.
• Coordinate with various teams on design execution.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years design experience preferably in retail / F&B or commercial projects.
• Strong concept and FFE knowledge with proficiency in CAD and Design software.
• Proficient in design software application (3DMax, AutoCad, Photoshop etc).
• Manual sketching/ rendering skills an added advantage.
• Articulate with creative flair.

Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

• Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials /subcontractors outsourcing and costing.
• Sourcing of new suppliers and sub contractors.
• Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control.
• Monitoring work status progress at job site.
• Preparation of progress claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders and final accounts

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in QS/ Building Construction Management/ Civil Engineering.
• Min 2 years working experience for main contractors / subcontractors in commercial projects.
• Sound knowledge in tendering processes and contracts.
• Familiar with construction cost and able to work independently.
